Ideal Pet Products tells buyers to measure visible flap width, then visible height. Do not include the strip hidden inside the frame.

Listed extra-large heights also refuse to line up. Ideal’s largest round-logo size is 20 inches high. Endura Flap’s XX large is 27 inches high.
That height gap is 7 inches.
PetSafe listed the PAC11 replacement flap at $9.95 on the medium product page we read. It listed the Classic replacement flap at $21.95.
Ideal listed the round-logo flap from $27.99 to $42.99. Endura Flap listed its replacement flap from $79.99. High Tech Pet listed the GEN1 Armor Flex flap at $49.99.

When a new flap will not fix the door
A warped frame will not seal around a perfect new flap. Check the threshold, side channels, and lock cover before you order.
Chew holes at the bottom often return if the dog still attacks the flap. Endura Flap’s lifetime warranty copy excludes dog chewing. That is a parts limit, not a training plan.
A dual-flap weather door may need two identical sheets. Confirm the model before you buy one.
If the flap is fine and the dog still will not go out, look past hardware. Pain, weather, or yard stress can stop use.

What the makers say about install time and parts
PetSafe calls the PAC11 swap a screwdriver job. The Classic patio-panel method uses one or two top screws, then a sliding metal flap holder.
Endura Flap rates the original door-mount swap as easy. It lists 9 steps and about 0.5 hours. Needed tools are a #2 Phillips, a flat-head screwdriver, and a drill for hole plugs.
Endura kits include two hole-plug sets. For original square-corner frames, Endura says to use the 8 large plugs and discard the 4 smaller caps.
Endura Flap also says to check magnet polarity before you pin the new flap. If the flap and threshold repel, flip the flap face.
Ideal Pet Products ships a flap bar and screws with the round-logo vinyl. That is a top-bar mount, not an Endura rod-and-retainer design.
High Tech Pet’s GEN1 flap page does not publish a minute count. It does say the part fits door, wall, and patio Armor Flex models.
